I just wanted to give you a follow up and feed back on the Pinion job you and your crew recently did for us. First let me give you a very brief history on this job. Our original vendor who brazed these parts before went out of business over 2 years ago and it has been a struggle to find an outfit to get these parts brazed properly. It has been a struggle until now thanks to you and your team. Not only did the parts get brazed properly but they looked better than ever. I am happy to tell you that Franklin Brazing is now an approved vendor under our ISO system. I will spread the word to the other account managers and our Senior managers about your other capabilities as well as brazing. Hopefully we can get you some more work soon.

Thanks again to you and your crew, including Rosemary. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I look forward to working with you again. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.

Jason

As we discussed, we were very pleased with the results of the destruct test on the pulley assemblies. With myself and many other folks here, we were unaware of the joining capabilities of braze, we wanted to test to see how much the braze could withstand. What we found out was that, after considerable efforts, the parent material broke before the copper braze failed. It took a hydraulic press, wedges, and manpower to finally break the two components apart. This exceeded all of customer requirements as well as our own.

Thank you for all your efforts.

Regards,
Mitchell

David,

I just wanted to send you a quick thank you regarding the last two RUSH annealing jobs that Franklin did for us. Franklin played a very important role in the expedited schedule that allowed us to meet our customers needs. Due to Franklin and the tubing vendors efforts, we received the two orders 1 week and 1.5 weeks ahead of an already expedited schedule. Franklin and its employees are a top notch company dedicated to its customers needs and demanding schedules. Please thank all of those involved and I look forward to working with Franklin in the future!!

Best regards,
